33bed strictly prohibits minors from gaming on this platform. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. 33bed reserves the right to verify your age at registration or at any point thereafter.

To verify your age, 33bed may request the following documents: National ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

Additionally, online gaming must be legally permitted in the country or region from which you are accessing the platform. Accounts may be closed if access is made from a restricted region.

4 Deposits & Payments

33bed accepts deposits via popular mobile financial services in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be rejected outright.

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500 (five hundred taka)
• Maximum single deposit: subject to applicable limits
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within 5–15 minutes
• No fees are deducted on deposits

33bed only accepts funds from legitimate sources. If money laundering or any other illicit financial activity is suspected, the account will be suspended immediately and the relevant authorities will be notified.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

33bed regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for members. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should read carefully before claiming.

• Wagering Requirement: Every bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement (typically 30–50x the bonus amount). Winnings derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until this requirement has been met.
• Time Limit: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the validity period ends.
• One Bonus at a Time: A new bonus cannot be claimed while another is still active, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in all bonuses being forfeited and may lead to account closure.

6 Withdrawal Rules

33bed members may withdraw their winnings and deposit balance at any time, subject to certain conditions. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes and no later than 24 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500

7 Gaming Conduct

• Any hacking, modification, or exploitation of game software
• Placing bets using bots, automation software, or any third-party tools
• Claiming bonuses or hedging bets using multiple accounts belonging to the same person
• Colluding with other members to influence game outcomes
• Abusive or harassing behaviour towards support staff or other members

Violating these rules may result in account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban on opening new accounts in the future.

11 Rule Changes & Updates
